Bloctel is the new list of opposition to cold calling since 1st June 2016 on which any consumer can register free of charge in order to no longer be phoned by a professional with whom he has no Contractual relationship in progress, in accordance with Law No. 2014-344 of 17th March 2014 on consumption.<\/p>\n

It includes the fixed and mobile telephone numbers of consumers who no longer wish to be solicited by telephone. This service has been made obligatory by the State and is punishable in the event of non-compliance *.<\/p>\n
